Barbara Diane Berkoben

Barbara Diane Berkoben, age 78, of Export, PA, formerly of White Oak, PA, died on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. She is the daughter of the late John and Anna Chicka Lukacs. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband Arnold Berkoben. She was employed in the housekeeping industry and was previously by Manorcare Nursing Home. In addition to her parents and husband, Barbara is preceded in death by her brother, John Frederick Lukacs. She is survived by her sons, Arnold (Nicole) Berkoben, of N. Huntingdon; Eugene (Adrian) Berkoben, of White Oak; and Jerry (Corina) Berkoben, of Harrison City, PA; sisters, Patricia (the late Eugene) Huggins, of Murrysville, PA; Judith (Richard) Christoff, of Orlando, Fl; brother, Regis (Mary) Lukacs, of Export, PA; and granddaughter, McKenzie Diane Berkoben, of Harrison City, PA. Most of all, Barbara enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter and best friend, McKenzie. Family gathered at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, and burial followed at Grandview Cemetery in North Versailles.
