Charles R. Jobe, 79, of Port Vue, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017. Born April 15, 1937, in North Braddock, he was a son of the late Peter C. and Velma Christy Jobe and husband of the late Cecilia Anna Sharf Jobe. He served in the Marine Corps and was a graduate of the Pittsburgh Barber School. He retired from US Steel as a Quencher Pump Tender after 35 years of service, was a member of St. Mark Parish, an active member of SOAR and Port Vue Senior Citizens, square-danced with the Franklin Squares and really enjoyed swing dancing. He is survived by his daughters, Charmaine Ann (Don) Greco, of Beaver Falls, and Shelley Meyers, of Pleasant Hills; and grandchildren, Donnie, Marcus, Cara Marie and Cecilia.
