Charles Andrew Sharbaugh, age 89, of White Oak, died on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. He was born in McKeesport on November 7, 1934 and was the son of the late Clarence and Regina Wallis Sharbaugh. Charles was the owner and bartender at the former Cherry Lane in Grandview. He later retired as a Road Supervisor for Allegheny County. He was a member of the Croation Club in Versailles. For those that knew him well, know his favorite saying was “Hey Buddy”.
He is survived by his daughters, Denise (Keith) Pucalik of White Oak; Mary Jo (John) Cerepani of Kennedy Twp.; grandchildren, David Pucalik and Matthew Pucalik; stepson, Paul (Karen) Gumbert; step grandchildren, Eric (Beth) Gumbert); Amy Gumbert; Dana (Keith) Perry; and step great-grandchildren, Kayla; Kyla; and R.J. Cash.
Family and friends will gather on Friday, July 5, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Church, 310 32nd Street, McKeesport, PA 15132. Entombment will follow.
