Doreen E. Hornfeck

Doreen E. Hornfeck, age 75, of West Mifflin, PA, died on January 23, 2023. She was born in Findlay, Ohio, on February 24, 1947 and is the daughter of the late Adolf Lucas and Esther Marie Powers. She is survived by her spouse, Ronald Hornfeck. Doreen was retired, after having been employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse and later as an administrative assistant at UPMC Mercy. In addition to her spouse, Doreen is survived by her sons, Michael (Catherine) Hornfeck of Belmont, MA; Kenneth Hornfeck of Pittsburgh, PA; and grandchildren, Maddie Hornfeck and Alex Hornfeck. In addition to her parents, Doreen is preceeded in death by sister, Marge Quillen; and son, Joseph Michael Pellecchia. Arrangements are being handled by Strifflers of Dravosburg/West Mifflin, Inc., 740 Pittsburgh McKeesport Blvd, Dravosburg, PA 15034 (412-678-6192). Burial will take place on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Round Hill Cemetery.
