Dorothy Ann Ingram, age 87, of White Oak died on Friday, August 19, 2022. She was born in McKeesport on July 18, 1935 and is the daughter of the late Louis and May Reed Kubant and the wife of the late Robert John Ingram, who died on December 6, 2020. She was employed as a secretary at Westinghouse Airbrake before raising her four children. She later was employed as a tax collector for the White Oak Borough for over 30 years. Dorothy was a longtime member of St. Angela Merici Church in White Oak, where she loved to volunteer. She would assist at the parish festival and various other events and was a member of the Christian Mothers group.
She is survived by sons, Mark (Lisa) Ingram in Trophy Club, TX; Bruce (Jill) Ingram of North Huntingdon; Kurt Ingram of White Oak; and Paul (Kathy) Ingram of White Oak; grandchildren; Lauren Ingram of Irving, TX; Michael Ingram of Grapevine, TX; Brian Ingram of Grapevine, TX; Garrett (Jen) Ingram of Greensburg; and Shane (Gabrielle) Ingram of Pittsburgh; great granddaughter, Quinn Ingram; and brother, Richard (Jean) Kubant of North Versailles.
A gathering will be held at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, (412-678-6177) on Monday, August 22, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Mary, Mother of God Parish, St. Angela Merici Church, 1640 Fawcett Avenue, White Oak, PA 15131. Burial will follow.
