Edmund Francis Mularski, age 88, of Glassport, PA, died on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. He was born in Glassport on January 1, 1936, and is the son of the late Ralph and Stella Gniewkoski Mularski.
Edmund retired from Peoples Natural Gas Company where he was employed for 38 years. He was also employed by PA Coach Lines for 17 years as a bus driver and for NAPA Auto Parts in White Oak as a delivery driver. Edmund was a member of the Saints Joachim and Anne Parish and Choir. He formerly served as Vice President of the PNA #750 in Glassport, and as President of the PNA Council #110. He enjoyed wood working, wood finishing, one stroke painting, and golfing.
Edmund is survived by his wife, Mercedes Rzetelny Mularski of Glassport, PA; children, Pamela (Charles) Whitney of Liberty Borough, PA; and Amy Mularski of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Victoria Whitney, and Lauren Whitney; siblings, John (Donna) Mularski of Matthews, NC; and Joseph (Cathy) Mularski of Rillton, PA.
In addition to his parents, Edmund is preceded in death by his siblings, Theresa Schivins, Ralph Mularski, Eugene Mularski, and Leonard Mularski.
Family and friends will gather on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Saints Joachim and Anne Parish, Queen of the Rosary Church, 530 Michigan Avenue, Glassport, PA 15045. A burial will take place at St. Mary’s Polish Cemetery in White Oak, PA.
