Frances L. Lynn, age 92 of White Oak, died Sunday, November 5, 2017. She was born December 24, 1924 in Connellsville, the daughter of the late Thomas and Agnes Edenbo Logan. She was preceded in death by her siblings Cecilia, Loretta, Elizabeth, Regina, Thomas, and Mary Caroline. She was married in 1947 to the late Elmer H. Lynn, who preceded her in death by 37 years. She was a devoted mother of five children, David H. (Christine) Lynn of Warrendale, Gary T. Lynn, Dianne L. (Frank) Gimpel of Corpus Christi, Texas, Brian M. (Janet) Lynn of Mt. Lebanon, and Frances L. (Eric) Haselhoff of White Oak. She also has 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Frances was very family oriented, enjoyed reading, card playing, and was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan. She was sharp as a tack until her death, with a great sense of humor, well versed in current events, politics, and religion. She was a devout Catholic her entire life. A Mass will be held Tuesday, November 14th at 10 am at St. Angela Merici Church, 1640 Fawcett Ave., White Oak, PA 15131, with Fr. Kevin Dominik officiating. Family will meet with friends in the gathering space from 9:30 am until the time of Mass at 10am. Burial will follow.
