Frank Francis Romano, III, age 74, of Castle Shannon, died on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born in Floreffe, PA on December 31, 1947. Frank proudly served in the United States Navy. After his service in the military, he was employed in audio and video production at United Steelworkers of America where he later retired in 2009.
Frank was dedicated to his family and friends and loved making people laugh. Frank had a passion for music and specialized in guitar playing and instruction. He was a kind and generous person and consistently donating to highly reputable causes was important to him. Frank enjoyed riding his Harley, watching Formula 1 racing, movies and being involved in politics. Frank was loved by many and will be missed by all.
He is survived by his wife Debbie L. Romano; children: Frank Francis (Marian) Romano, IV of Jacksonville, NC; Nicole (Jason) Romano Schmidt of White Oak; grandchildren, Jason Schmidt; Brianna Schmidt; Anthony Schmidt; Jacob Moats; extended family; and his cat Alias.
