Gene Joseph Remaley

Gene Joseph Remaley, age 87, of West Mifflin, died on Monday, February 7, 2022. He was born in Monessen on January 26, 1935 and is the son of the late Joseph Hans and Cecelia Nicolas Remaley. He was a member of the United States Army during peacetime, was a manager of Isaly’s then retired from the US Post Office as a carrier.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Bordin Remaley; sons, Alan (Nancy) Remaley of Bethesda, MD; Joseph Remaley of West Mifflin; Robert Remaley of West Mifflin; grandchildren, Mason Remaley; Lauren Remaley; and sisters, Frances Smith of Monongahela; and Lois Remaley of Donora.

Family and friends will gather on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Strifflers of Dravosburg/West Mifflin, 740 Pittsburgh McKeesport Blvd., Dravosburg, PA 15034 (412-678-6192). Entombment will take place at Lebanon Chapel Mausoleum in West Mifflin.
