George Abraham Lucky

George Abraham Lucky, age 86 of White Oak, died Sunday, February 18, 2018. He was born in Flat, Texas on February 18, 1932, the son of the late David and Florence Posey Lucky. George served in the U.S. Airforce during the Korean War and worked as an engineer for Westinghouse until his retirement in 1992. He was a member of the White Oak American Legion Post 701 and loved working with computers. He is survived by his wife Regina Lininger Lucky, brother, William Rufus (Judy) Lucky of Mabank, Texas, and sister in law, Lunelle (the late David) Lucky of Temple, Texas. George was preceded in death by his son Eric R. Lucky, and his sister Laveta Lucky. Family and friends will be received Wednesday, February 21, 2018, from 2-8pm at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor 412-678-6177). Service will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2018 in the funeral home chapel at 11:30 am, followed by military honors.
