Ingeborg ""Bobbi"" Baylor

Ingeborg “Bobbie” Baylor, age 91 of West Mifflin, died Wednesday, July 12, 2017.  She was born in Hamburg, Germany on October 9, 1925 and is the daughter of the late Carl and Lina Hochstetter Mueller.  She was the wife of the late George A. Baylor.  She was a chemist for the Pennsylvania Water Company and also taught German and English at the high school level. She is survived by her son, Mark J. Baylor of Lewistown, PA, daughters, Penny (Kent) Hammer of Houston, Texas, Robin (Fred) Capp of Littleton, Colorado, Wendy (James) Walton of Pittsburgh; 4 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.  Family and friends will be received Friday, July 14th from 9 am until 1 pm at Strifflers of Dravosburg/West Mifflin, 740 Pittsburgh McKeesport Blvd., Dravosburg, PA 15034 (412-678-6192). Services will follow at 1:30 pm at Amity Presbyterian Church, 300 Euclid Ave., Dravosburg, PA 15034 with Pastor Phil Jamison officiating.   Burial will follow at Lebanon Church Cemetery.  Condolences may be made at www.strifflerfuneralhomes.com .
