Irene D. Bruner

Irene D. Bruner, age 92 of North Versailles, died Monday, June 25, 2018. She was born March 29, 1926 in Pittsburgh, the daughter of the late Stanley and Mary M. Slebodnick Olszewski. Irene is survived by four sons, Randy of North Versailles, Russell of Castle Shannon, Robert (Carolyn) of Greensburg, and Richard (Judy) of West Mifflin; grandchildren, Robert, Matthew, and Athena; great grandchildren, Jordan, Draven, Tyler, Callie, and Landon, and brother Thomas Olszewski of Indiana, PA. She was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church and the Christian mothers, an avid bowler, full time mother of four boys, and an excellent cook and baker. Family and friends will gather on Thursday, June 28, 2018, from 10 until 11:30 am at Striffler's of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Service, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor 412-678-6177). Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 12 Noon in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1313 5th Ave., East McKeesport, PA 15035, with Rev. John Brennan officiating.
