Janice Katherine Hurley, age 63 of White Oak, died Saturday, August 20, 2022. She was born in McKeesport on May 22, 1959 and is the daughter of the late William and Lavina "Kathy" Redinger. She was a medical billing associate for Highmark and for CVS. She was a former member of Wesley United Methodist Church and Girl Scout leader.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Hurley; children, Heather Hurley of White Oak; Katie (Michael) Gaska of Monongahela; and Thomas "T.J." (Krysta) Hurley of Belle Vernon; grandchildren, Emma; Laelynn; and William; siblings, James (Linda) Morris of North Huntingdon; Richard (Linda) Morris of Glassport; Daniel Redinger of Greensburg; and Luann (Gregory) Guzewicz of North Huntingdon; and many nieces and nephews.
Janice was always an extremely caring person, as she always said, "I would give the shirt off my back to help someone." This, along with her love of baking, crafting, throwing outlandish parties, and being a Disney fanatic are just a few of the things that made her who she was and adored by so many.
But above everything else, she adored her family and the children in her life. Her grandchildren, along with her nieces and nephews were her entire world and she spoiled them every chance she got with lots of love, as well as gifts.
Overall, she was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend that will be terribly missed by everyone who loved her.
