Joseph G. Lucas

Joseph G. Lucas, age 58, of Finleyville, PA, formerly of West Mifflin, and the South Side section of Pittsburgh, died Saturday, July 10, 2021. He was born in McKeesport on December 18, 1962 and is the son of the late Joseph and Ruth Beck Lucas. He was a graduate of the West Mifflin South Class of 1980. He was employed by Styletone Painting in Port Vue, the Markantone Painting Company in E. Pgh., and for many years was the proud owner of Southside Painting. He was a lifelong member of the West Mifflin #3 Volunteer Fire Company.

He is survived by his brother, Ronald Paul (Dolores) Lucas of West Mifflin; niece, Amanda (Jason) Meaner of Whitehall; nephew, Joshua Lucas of Verona, PA; great nephews, Dominic and Logan. He will be truly missed by his beloved dog, Layla.

Family and Friends will gather at Strifflers of Dravosburg/West Mifflin, 740 Pgh.-McKeesport Blvd., Dravosburg, PA 15034 on Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. when a blessing service will take place. Inurnment Lebanon Chapel Mausoleum of West Mifflin.
