Margaret Brown

Margaret “Chookie” Brown died peacefully of natural causes on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. She was born on February 4, 1933 to Margaret Henrietta Apful Brown and Crawford Frazier Brown in Wilkinsburg, PA, where she spent most of her life. She was employed in the shoe department at Joseph Horne’s Department Store for many years. “Chookie” is survived by her niece Susan M. McHale, her husband Robert Sujansky, and her grandnieces, Erin Sujansky and Kara Styck. Arrangements were handled by Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).
