Richard Jules Cibak

Richard Jules Cibak, age 65, of White Oak, died Tuesday, August 4, 2020. He was born in McKeesport on October 13, 1954 and is the son of the late John A. Cibak and the late Betty Spudy Stokes. He is survived by his sister-in-law and caregiver, Anne (William) Bacon; nieces, Desiree, Dede, Karli; and nephews, Lewis, Jon, Tyler and Steve, brothers, Ronald and Randy Cibak both of McKeesport; sisters, Roberta J. Stokes of Monroeville and Rebecca J. Laird of North Versailles; and many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers Russell, Regis, and Robert Cibak.

He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.
