Robert Patrick Gill was born December 24, 1976, in Washington, D.C. to Edna Regina Leitch-Joe (Deceased), Myles Percy Gill and Antandra Gorman who adopted Robert, Tessa, and Denisse into her family and departed this life December 16, 2021. In his early years he spent most of his time with his Grandmother Ethel “Dulice “Leitch in Brooklyn, NY and brother Colin Klass (Deceased), as Robert grew up, he developed a love for music from being around his brother. Robert began to take music seriously and taught himself how to DJ. He perfected his craft and became part of the Klymaxx family amongst Randy, Buck, Square, Keyrun and many more. Beside music Robert was a man of many talents which included drawing, and cooking. Robert enjoyed cooking and spending his time in the restaurant in which he managed along with his niece Ceeandrea. He enjoyed spending time with his family and kids and making them laugh. In his high school years, he attended Transit Tech in Brooklyn, NY. Robert was a person that no matter what had a positive outlook in life. He treasured the little things.

Mourning the loss of Robert is his wife, Kenya Austin Gill, his father, his four children Alex, Khalilah, Robert “RJ” Gill, Patrick Gill. His brother and sisters Beverly Klass, Denisse Klass, Tessa Klass, Clifton Weithers, Myles Parker Gill, Marcus Gill, Myles Gill, Janelle Gill, Cassandra Adams, Antasia Portis, Kevin Adams, Lamont Adams nieces and nephews Carl Klass, Cee-Andrea Weithers, and Aunts Ophelia Leitch, Lorna Leitch, and Uncle David Leitch, Cecil Leitch Cousins Karen McCalmon, Cindy McCalmon, Kennard McCalmon, Samantha McCalmon and Nicole McCalmon, Coreen Brutus, Llyod Brutus Jr., Derida DelFlorimonte, Margret Agrippa, Nadine Dandrade, and Francis Alexander.

He leaves behind his close friends Junior Hicks and the Hicks Family, Charlie, Brent, Mike, Sheldon, Jamie, Neesha, Sharon, Pigsta, Dwayne, Kenia Suber and many more. He joins his grandmother, Mother, Brother and some of his aunts and uncle and cousins today we come together to celebrate the life of a Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend. His memories, his laugh will be always remembered. An energy that brought light to a room, a personality that cannot be replaced and spirit that was pure.
