Victor Joseph Kelley

Victor Joseph Kelley, age 80, of Virginia Beach, VA, formerly of McKeesport, PA, died on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. He was born on March 28, 1944 and was the son of the late Clair Milton and Mary Agnes Krempasky.

He is survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Inurnment with his family took place on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at New St. Joseph Cemetery in North Versailles, PA. Arrangements were cared for by Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).
