Walter Robert Frederick Jr.

Walter Robert Frederick, Jr., age 65 of McKeesport, died Friday, August 30, 2019. He was born in McKeesport on September 28, 1953 and is the son of the late Walter Robert and Anna Mae Freund Frederick. Walter was a former member of the Eleventh Ward Club and a member of the McKeesport PNA Lodge #352. One of his favorite past times was watching all of the Pittsburgh sports teams. He is survived by his brothers, William “Toots” (Lon Jean Krivda) Frederick of McKeesport and Charles Frederick of McKeesport. He is also survived by stepchildren, Lisa (Marty) Odenthal of McKeesport and Rick Dyga of West Mifflin, step great grandchildren, Zachery, Harley and Katie Odenthal and Jaiden and Wyatt Dyga, nephews, Chuckie and Billy Frederick, Zachary and Nathan Krivda, and niece, Natalie Gregg, also great nephew, Kameron and great niece, Kendahl. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Dyga. Family and friends will be received at Striffler’s of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor 412-678-6177) on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at Corpus Christi Church, 2515 Versailles Avenue, McKeesport, PA  15132 at 10:00 a.m.
